For digital projects like websites or EDMs, this includes responsive layouts and user-focused functionality. For print and production media, you'll receive print-ready files formatted for quality and accuracy.
04. Refine & Finalise
Once the design is in place, we refine — ensuring everything feels aligned, polished, and purpose-driven. I handle final tweaks, prep all necessary files, and ensure your project is ready to launch or go to print. You walk away with a complete package that works in the real world, not just on paper.
05. Support & Handoff
Need guidance post-launch? I offer optional support, training, or file prep depending on your project. My goal is to set you up for success — whether that means updating a CMS, sending files to your printer, or just helping you feel confident using your new brand assets.
